    Abstract:
    The culture is the soul of the tourism industry, and characteristics of space and landscape of small towns, rich in local cultural, is essential to tourist towns. From the "production of space"perspective, theis article criticizes on mistakes of tra-ditional style of space and scenes "set-style" in real-ity in nowadays tourist towns, points out its inevi-tadle logic in the process of production and consump-tion and its harm, and on the basis of reference in Tourism "front-back"theory, proposes the compro-mise method for town's style construction by the partition strategy.

    Abstract:
    This article is based on the renewal of the traditional folk houses in the multiethnic regions of Gansu and Qinghai province, analyzes and summarizes the difficulties and reasons for the protection of national character and style. The integration of modern green energy saving technology and traditional national culture is an important way to renew the traditional dwelling. This paper puts forward the integration design strategy in terms of space, technology and culture, combined with the practice of residential design, and expounds the ways of collaborative innovation between the elements.

    Abstract:
    Because?of?the?natural?geographical?environment,?climatic?conditions,?mode?of production?and?life,?religious?practices?and?other?factors,?the?formation?and?development?of rural settlements in China have been in a spontaneous state for a long time. There are problems such?as?scattered?layout,?small?population?size,?large?fl ?oor?space,?low?rate?of?land?use?and?so on.This thesis then qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the humanistic and social factors that?infl ?uence?the?spatial?distribution?of?rural?settlements?in?Luqu?County.?The?factors?include elevation,?river,road?network?and?regional?economic?factors.?The?results?show?that,?Altitude?is affecting the spatial distribution of rural settlements;River and road network on the settlements has?obvious?guiding?role,from?agricultural?areas?to?semi-agricultural?andsemi-pastoral,?to?pure pastoral?areas,?Distribution?pattern?of?settlements?transform?from?dispersed?to?centralized?. Application?of?comprehensive?development?strength?index?function,?Luqu`s?administrative villages divided into high (Ⅰ),?medium?(Ⅱ),?low?(Ⅲ) three development levels; Introducing Cost?Weighted?Distance?and?improved?Field?Model?to?calculate?the?radiation?of?townships, the?results?showed?that?Ma`ai?and?Langmusi?town?have?the?strongest?radiation,?and?Tao?River valley?and?along?State?Highway?213?are?south?and?north?two?radiation?belts.?Therefore,?the spatial?structure?of?rural?settlements?optimized?core?idea?can?be?expressed?as?“a?center,?two axis”,?the?center?led?to?points,?the?axis?led?to?surface,?wings?complementary,?overall?progress, and?strengthen?1?center?(county),?supporting?2?node?stownships,?Langmusi?town?and?Shuangca town),?perfect?4?townships?(Gahai,?Xicang,?Larengaua,?A’la),?cultivating?5?key?villages(Gaxiu, Gongba,?Jiacang,?Gongquhu,?Zeca).

    Abstract:
    Historical heritage resources are the wealth of all mankind, and it’s important to properly handle the relationship between protection and development. The urbanization process in China brings huge inf luence that profoundly changes the urban development pattern promoting a new exploration of the urban historical heritage conservation. Taking the regulation of the Linhai ancient city wall as an example according to the main body and the object of landscape semiotics, it finds out the double attributes of the signifier and the signified to identify its sign's implication as landscape heritage.Then on this base, it puts forward the development route in authenticity and systemic principle and makes the landscape symbols context complete in order to realize the understandability, communication and sustainability of heritage protection.
