Abstract:Combined with Chinese luminous efficacy model, this paper gets the annual and monthly total illuminance values of the natural light based on the solar radiation data of 54 consecutive years in Beijing. In this paper, the trends of annual and monthly total illuminance levels in Beijing were analyzed by Mann-Kendall trend analysis and Mann-Kendall mutation test. The results showed that the basic trend of annual total illuminance values in Beijing was significantly decreasing and the declining trend became more evident after mutation occurred in 1977. The basic trends of the monthly total illuminance values were significantly decreasing. The monthly illuminace appeared to decline most steeply in July. In contrary, the least decrease happened in November. Only mutations in May happened in 1967. In other months, mutations occurred between 1975 and 1981. The fluctuation of the trends of monthly illuminace values was not apparent before mutation. The declining trend of monthly total illuminance values significantly increased after mutation. The steady decline of annual and monthly total illuminance values in Beijing can be primarily attributed to the aerosol optical thickness caused by cloudiness and atmospheric pollution.

Abstract:Green roofs, with special evaporation and good insulation performance, have the same capacity as passive cooling device of architecture. In this paper, the role of soil moisture in the insulation system of green roof was studied by numerical simulation. A comparison of influences of different moisture on roof heat transferring under three different modes of irrigation-intermittent irrigation, continuous irrigation and no irrigation was conducted. It’s concluded that roof heat flux was negatively related to soil moisture, and the heat flux of roof was more sensitive to soil moisture in intermittent irrigation mode. When the content of soil moisture was less than 0.2, the heat flux decreased significantly while the humidity was increasing. When the moisture content was more than 0.3, the heat flux had a relatively slow reaction. It was in continuous irrigation mode that the heat insulation performance of roof improved 3-4 times than the performance in intermittent irrigation.

Abstract:Fine design for inner space is an important way of saving the size of dwelling and improving the quality of the space. As a residential type for urban low-income groups, indemnificatory housing is equipped with the same functional space as general residential; however, it has different standards from the ones set in the norms of residential design for general residential. This paper, in terms of the functions and characteristics of the space, as well as the arrangement forms of furniture, analyzes the minimum area of each functional space in the perspective of ergonomics. Then the reference value for the area is illustrated. Finally, it demonstrates the space complex strategies applied in the indemnificatory housing from the two-dimensional and three-dimensional perspective.

Abstract:A lack of systematic analysis of synthesized factors often leads to excessive land development intensity in different areas of the city, either too high or too low. Taking urban planning as the nature of public policy, this paper selects the efficient use of public resources as the positive factor, and the environmental constraints as the negative one. Then different factors were translated into corresponding mathematical model according to empirical studies. Finally, an integrated model on land development intensity was built through GIS platform, which will be beneficial to the benign development of urban land.

Abstract:Urban integration is an important way for geographical adjacent cities to achieve coordinated regional developments in the fast-growing area, also an evolutionary process with dynamic equilibrium. At present, planning practices of urban integration have made some achievements, which are static and visionary. A lack of dynamic regulation to the process of urban integration results in a lower degree of planning implementation and slower pace of development. Therefore, this thesis puts forward the concept of dynamic regulation consisting of the dynamic integration of the elements, dynamic equilibrium of society and the dynamic control of the process. Meanwhile, it takes integration planning of Qilin-Zhanyi-Malong metropolitan area as an example, and analyzes the specific measures and the control keys of dynamic regulation of integration planning in different stages.
