| 生态产品价值实现与国土空间生态
修复是生态文明建设的重要措施，探析二者
之间的互动机制有助于推动经济高质量发展
和生态高水平保护。从产品价值、概念内
涵、产品属性和时空分布等总结生态产品特
征，并从“自然本底条件”和“价值转化路
径”两个方面剖析生态产品价值实现的内在
逻辑。国土空间生态修复是有机融合生态、
城镇、农业空间，遵循山水林田湖草沙一体
化发展理念，科学合理对受人类利用开发而
受损退化的生态功能进行保护和修复的过
程，具有全域性、整体性、系统性和发展性
等特点。生态产品价值实现和国土空间生态
修复在绿色发展、生态资源价值、生态价值
持续转化三个方面具有共通性，且二者具有
双向互动机制，国土空间生态修复通过提升
自然本底条件、增加资源产品价值、推动产
品价值转化以此保障生态产品价值实现，生
态产品价值实现则从价值核算、供需关系、
资金巩固三个方面推动国土空间生态修复持
续进行。明晰生态产品价值实现和国土空间
生态修复之间的互动机制有助于二者协同发
展，共同推动生态文明建设。 |

| Abstract: |
| The realization of ecological product value and ecological restoration of national land space
are important measures for the construction of ecological civilization. This study aims to explore the
two-way interaction mechanism between the realization of ecological product value and ecological
restoration of national land space, and to clarify the theoretical logic and practical paths of the
realization of ecological product value and the restoration of national land space by analyzing the
commonality between the two in the links of green development, transformation of ecological
resource value and sustainable development, to provide theoretical support for the synergistic
promotion of ecological This will protection and high-quality economic development. The research
results are as follows. Firstly, it summarizes the characteristics of ecological products in terms of
product value, conceptual connotation, product attributes, and spatial and temporal distribution, and
analyzes the value realization of ecological products in terms of “natural background conditions” and
“value transformation path”. The internal logic of “ecological supply-value transformation-capital
support” involves transforming the natural elements of ecosystems with favorable natural conditions
into economic and social values, thereby increasing human well-being and promoting social
development. This process also involves restoring ecologically fragile areas through social capital
investment. Then, through social capital investment in restoring ecologically fragile areas and
supplying ecological products, it protects and optimizes the natural background conditions of the
production areas, thereby improving the capacity to supply ecosystem services and products, and thus
forming a virtuous cycle. Secondly, territorial spatial ecological restoration is the process of protecting
and restoring the damaged and degraded ecological functions by human exploitation based on the law
of ecosystem renewal and evolution, organically integrating ecological, urban and agricultural spaces,
and following the concept of integrated development of mountains, waters, forests, lakes, grasses and
sands in the context of ecological civilization, which is the process of optimizing spatial patterns,
improving the conditions of the natural substrate, upgrading the capacity of ecological product supply,
and promoting social and economic development and harmonious coexistence with nature. It is a
systematic project to optimize the spatial pattern, improve the natural background conditions, enhance
the supply capacity of ecological products and promote the social and economic development, and
promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, and it is often aimed at repairing regional
or watershed ecosystems whose ecological functions have been damaged or damaged, and it is more
than the traditional ecological restoration and it has the characteristics of territory-wide, wholeness,
systematic and development. Thirdly, the realization of the value of ecological products and
ecological restoration of territorial space have commonality in green development, the value of
ecological resources, and the sustainable transformation of ecological value, and they have a two-way
interactive mechanism. Specifically, ecological restoration of national territory space is a process of
promoting the natural background conditions of ecosystems, enhancing the ability of ecosystemservice supply, promoting the preservation and appreciation of ecological resources, and in the process, adopting a variety of ways to revitalize some of the
discarded resources and promote the transformation of the value of natural resources, which is therefore important for the realization of the value of ecological
products. The accounting of the total value of ecological products helps to clarify the quality of ecosystems accurately, and provides a scientific basis for
ecological restoration of national land space; the process of realizing the value of ecological products is the process of providing services by the natural
ecosystem and consuming services by the socio-economic system, and it is the process of “supply-demand”, which is the process of “supply-demand”.
Analyzing ecological restoration from the perspective of supply and demand of ecological products is conducive to synergistically promoting high-level
protection of ecological environment and high-quality socio-economic development; combining ecological restoration of national land space with the
realization of ecological product value, enhancing the supply capacity of ecological products through ecological restoration, and constructing ecological product
industry chain and other market mechanisms to guarantee the supply of ecological restoration funds will help consolidate the results of restoration. The main
research conclusions are summarized as follows. Land space ecological restoration and ecological product value realization are closely linked. Land space
ecological restoration ensures the realization of ecological product value by enhancing the natural background conditions, increasing the value of resource
products, and promoting the transformation of product value, while the realization of ecological product value promotes the continuation of land space
ecological restoration from the three aspects of value accounting, supply-demand relationship, and capital consolidation. By clarifying the interaction
mechanism between the two, it helps to promote the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality economic development. In the future, it is
necessary to improve more specific and comprehensive accounting indicators based on ecosystem services, build an indicator system that corresponds to supply
and demand accounting, and enhance the sustainability of the ecosystem and the economy through diversified “eco+” industries. |
