| 摘要: |
| 针对20世纪70至90年代既有住区
的多层居住建筑卫生间设计标准低、排水设
备管线老化严重、管线维修更换影响下层生
活等问题，本研究聚焦在既有住区建筑中的
集合住宅卫生间的排水方式的比较和改造策
略的研究，推荐采用不降板的同层侧墙排水
方式进行既有住宅的卫生间改造，同时也为
新建卫生间的优化提供了参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Aimed at the low housing condition, aging of plumbing pipes and disturbing from
maintenance of building services system in the toilets of the existing multistory apartment
buildings from 1970s to 1990s in China, the same-floor drainage system is applied to individual
mass retrofitting of toilets. The research on the same-floor drainage system puts into practice
through problem target in site survey, definition of retrofitting system, design for joints between
existing building and new system, design development in the prototype room and finally mass
implementation in individual retrofitted rooms. |
