| 文章分析了当前人口高龄化背景下
城市既有住区的养老设施建设问题，介绍了
国外在城市住区更新发展中的养老设施建
设经验，指明了住区化养老设施的发展新方
向。在对北京市八宝庄住区老龄化现状与养
老设施实态调研的基础上，文章结合首开寸
草恩济花园养老设施项目实践，在住区照护
服务层面上解析了住区化养老设施对于创新
住区养老供给模式、健全住区养老服务体系
的推进作用；在建筑空间改造层面上探讨了
设施内装工业化改造、部品集成化研发对于
提升养老建筑空间宜居品质的积极影响。 |

| This paper analyzes the construction problem of aged-care facilities in Beijing
existing community under the background of aging and introduces the foreign experiences
of facility construction mode for elderly in the urban existing community renewal and
development, indicating the new trend of residential facility development for elderly. On the basis
of investigating the current situation of aging population background and aged-care facilities
in Baobaozhuang community, by combing with the practice of aged-care facility project of
Shoukaicuncao Enji Garden, this paper analyzes the promotion effect of residential aged-care
facility for innovating the supply mode of elderly service in the community and perfecting the
elderly service system from the aspect of community care service. It discusses the positive
influence of the improvement of facility’s industrialized infill transformation and the component
integration research and development for promoting the living quality of buildings for elderly
from the aspect of building space reconstruction. |
