| 为了提升城市治理水平、改善人居
环境，北京市近年来大力推进老旧小区综合
整治工作，其中一个重要内容就是既有多层
住宅加装电梯项目。文章基于对北京市2017
年老旧小区综合整治9个试点之一的毛纺北
小区的调研，从项目需求、实施过程和实施效
果等方面对小区加装电梯项目开展后评估，
进而总结成功经验并提出改进建议，以期为
今后的老旧小区更新改造工作提供借鉴。 |

| Post-evaluation of Adding Elevator Project in Old Communities—Based on a Survey of Maofangbei Community, Beijing |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, great efforts have been made to the project of comprehensive
renovation of old communities to improve the urban governance and the living environment
in Beijing. Among which, an important part is to add elevators to multi-storey residential
buildings. Based on a survey of Maofangbei Community, where one of the 9 pilot projects
of comprehensive renovation of the old communities in Beijing has been taken place in
2017, this paper conducts the post-evaluation of the adding elevator project from the aspects
of residents' demands, project implementation process and implementation effect, and
further summarizes the successful experiences of Maofangbei Community as well as puts
forward some improvement suggestions, as references for the old community renovation in
the future. |
