| 当前，乡村人居环境改善成为乡
村振兴的重要议题。本文从美丽乡村规划建
设角度对当前一段时期内常见适用技术的目
标、类型要素以及如何选用进行分析,并结合
浙江省黄岩区屿头乡沙滩村案例进行探讨。
研究指出：适用技术目标包括三类：适用技术
的应用有利于村庄安全防灾，有利于村庄环
境改善、降耗节能、有利于乡村风貌保护和
提升。适用技术类型可分为规划技术和建筑
技术两大类别。适用技术的选用需从经济、
社会、环境三个角度出发进行综合考量，促
进乡村人居环境可持续发展。 |

| At present, the improvement of rural human settlements environment has
become an important issue for the strategy of rural revitalization. From the perspective
of beautiful countryside planning and construction, this paper analyzes the objectives,
types and selection of the appropriate technology in the current period of time. This paper
analyses the case of Shatan village in Huangyan District of Zhejiang province. The research
shows that the appropriate technology goals include three categories: the application of
appropriate technology is conducive to village safety and disaster prevention, to improve
the village environment, to reduce consumption and energy conservation, and to protect
and enhance the rural style. The appropriate technology types can be divided into two
categories: planning technology and building technology. The application of appropriate
technology should be considered from three aspects of economy, society and environment,
so as to promote the sustainable development of rural human settlements environment. |
