| 社区赋权视角的乡村社区生态规
划模式，可为乡村产业复兴和生态保护提供有
效可行的路径。以远郊乡村作为研究对象，
从人地关系、组织管理和社会人文三方面分
析乡村社区主体特征，探讨乡村社区生态规
划的实施路径，进而提出乡村社区生态规划
的关键策略：通过社区赋权可以达成环境共
识，通过社会协作可以形成乡村生态空间的
地方性规制；根植于生态系统服务的乡村产
业，可以形成维持良好生态环境的物质基础；
构建遵循自然过程的适应性结构，有助于形
成健康安全的聚落空间载体；乡村社区精神
空间及仪式性活动有利于增强社区归属感，
提升社区凝聚力。 |

| Abstract: |
| From the perspective of community empowerment, The model of ecological rural
community planning may provide an available pathway for the integration of industrial revival
and ecological protection in rural communities. we taked rural communities as research objects.
By analyzing the characteristics of human-land relationship, organizational management and
social humanities, we constructs the implementation pathways of ecological rural community
planning. Key strategies of rural communities planning were put forward. Environmental
consensus can be achieved through community empowerment, based on this, local regulation
for rural ecological protection can be formed by social cooperation; Rural industries embeded in
local ecosystem services may maintain a healthy environment; An adaptive structure following
the natural process may contribute to a resilent rural human settlements; Rural community
spiritual space and ceremonial activities may be conducive to cultivating a sense of community. |
