| 近年来，大量城市的老人选择乡村
作为休闲养老目的地，产生了一大批以农家
休闲养老服务为主的特色村庄。该类型村庄
在发展的过程中，生成村庄基础设施新供
需关系，常规基础设施规划思路无法适应。
本文从养老特色村供需特征的分析入手，
反思常规设施配置模式的问题，指导供给
新思路的形成。在此认识的基础上，引入复
杂适应系统理论（CAS），从系统目标、系统
要素、系统形成机制和系统演化4个方面剖析
适应性系统特征，解析“养老经营者、村庄管
理者、设施供给协调者、设施使用者”4类行
为主体特征及其相互作用下产生“使用弹性
调整、供给弹性优化和发展弹性管控”3类
行为群体的过程，形成以主体、群体行为为
核心的适应性发展策略，作为发展与优化特
色村供需结构的弹性措施。 |

| In?recent?years,?a?large?number?of?senior?citizens?choose?the?country?as?a?destination
for?leisure?and?aged?care.?A?lot?of?villages?start?the?industry?of?pension?services.?With?the
development?of?these?villages,?the?relation?between?infrastructure?demand?and?supply?has
changed.?Conventional?infrastructure?planning?ideas?cannot?adapt?to?this?special?supply?and
demand?relationship.?Based?on?the?analysis?of?characteristics?of?supply?and?demand,?this?paper
analyses?problems?of?the?conventional?facilities?allocation?model?to?guide?the?formation?of?new
idea?of?supplement.?On?this?basis,?it?introduces?the?theory?of?complex?adaptive?system?(CAS)
to?organize?the?infrastructure?construction?adaptability?from?four?aspects?such?as?the?system
target,?system?elements?and?system?evolution?mechanism.?In?addition,?it?also?analyses?four
types?of?behavior?subject?characteristics,?such?as?“pension?operator,?village?manager,?facilities
supply?coordinator,?facility?user”.?Furthermore,?it?expounds?how?these?four?subjects?impact?on
each?other?to?make?three?kinds?of?group?come?into?being.?The?two?level?of?adaptive?behavior?is
the?core?of?adaptive?strategies.?It?develops,?and?then?optimizes?the?supply-demand?structure?of
