| 城市街角空间作为城市公共空间不
可或缺的部分，因其广泛的渗透性和可达性
对提升城市品质与活力具有积极高效的作
用。本文界定了城市街角空间的定义，分析
了街角空间对城市活力的提升作用，及通过
文献调查和现场调查的方法来分析与阐述
我国城市街角空间建设现状并剖析其深层
原因，认为解决我国当前城市街角空间现状
最迫切的在于制定合理有效的建设机制，
通过国外文献及数据调研分析,对比了国内
外城市街角空间建设机制，最后结合现状
提出对我国的城市街角空间建设有可行性
的机制。 |

| Looking for Motive Force—Urban Street Corner Space Construction Status and Mechanism Study |

| Abstract: |
| As an integral part of urban public space, urban street corner space can actively
and efficiently enhance the quality and vitality of the city because of its wide range of
permeability and accessibility. This article defines the definition of urban street corner
space, analyzes the promotion of urban vitality by the street corner space, and utilizes
literature survey and site survey methods to analyze and elaborate the current construction
situation and its underlying causes of urban street corner space in China. The paper then
recognizes that the most urgent solution of current urban street corner space situations is to
develop a set of reasonable and effective construction mechanism. Through researching and
analyzing foreign literatures and data, it makes a comparison of urban street corner space
building mechanisms both at home and abroad. Finally, it proposes a feasible construction
mechanism of urban street corner space in China with its current situation. |
