传统民居是我国古建筑文化和遗
产的重要组成部分,对待传统民居既要保
护传统风貌,又要提高居住舒适度,才是传
统民居可持续发展的可行之路。本文以重
庆市安居古镇典型民居作为研究对象,通
过实地调研,对典型民居平面功能及室内物
理环境存在的问题,采取了调整功能布局和
更新围护结构的综合集成改造措施。此外,
本文用Design Builder软件模拟改造前后室
内热环境,结果表明,改造后室内热环境
得到显著改善,冬季典型日主要居住空间平
均温度比改造前提高了1.18℃,夏季降低了
1.47℃。 |

Sustainable Renovation of Traditional Ba-Yu Residences—Taking Anju Town of Chongqing as an Example |

Abstract: |
Traditional residences is an important part of our historical building culture and
heritage. The design of traditional residences is to protect the traditional style and improve
the living comfort, which is the way for the traditional residential sustainable development.
The paper takes Anju Town of Chongqing as an example, and solves the problem of function
and indoor physical environment by adjusting the function layout and updating structure of
the integrated renovation measures. The paper utilizes DesignBuilder software to analyze
the indoor thermal environment of its before-after renovation, and the average temperature
of main room is increased by 1.18℃ in winter and decreased by 1.47℃ in summer after
renovation, which shows that the indoor thermal environment has been significantly
improved after renovation. |
