| 市民农园是指农民提供耕地并帮
助种植管理，由城市市民出资认购，为市民提
供休闲、农作体验、学习、度假等活动的私
人农园，是休闲农业发展至今的最高阶段产
物，体现了由标准化大众服务转向针对个体
服务的消费模式的转变[1]，验证了杜马哲迪
尔《面向休闲社会》[2]中提及的休闲向着崇尚
“个人发展”这一最高阶段发展的观点。由
于我国市民农园还处于雏形阶段，相应的理
论研究较为匮乏，本文即站在规划和建筑设
计的视角，对休闲农业园的发展历程做一次
梳理，通过对比的方法分析市民农园的运行
模式及建设要素，探索更注重使用者体验性
与自我实现的市民农园的设计策略。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Kleingarten is the personal farms which are purchased by urban citizens.
The farmers also help managing the lands. The farms will provide the citizens places for
leisure, farming experiences, learning, taking a vacation and other holiday activities. It is
an advanced product of leisure agriculture park, and reflects the change of the consumption
patterns from the standard mass service to the individual service[1], which complies the
point mentioned by Dumazedier in Towards a Society of Leisure[2]. It points out that
the leisure activities develop towards the highest stage where the personal development
is advocated. Because of the Kleingarten in our country is still on the initial stage, the
corresponding research is scarce. Then this article will review the historical development
of leisure agriculture park based on the view of planning and architectural design. By
means of comparison, the operational mode and the key elements for construction will be
analyzed. Meanwhile, design strategies which pay more attention to the citizens’ experience
and self-fulfilling will be explored. |
