| 在城市多元化发展的背景下，计划
经济体制下的单位制社区向多元化社区转
变，大多数老旧社区已无法满足居民日益增
长的物质文化需求。因此，本文从社区规划
角度，以成都市玉林社区和曹家巷社区为
例，通过实地考察、访谈、发放调查问卷等
方法，分析研究社区矛盾冲突问题，以满足
各类住民的社区使用要求为前提，探索使社
区实现可持续发展的规划改善方案，从而促
进和谐社区建设。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the diversified urban development, and with work-unit neighborhoods in the
planned economy system turning into pluralistic neighborhoods, many old neighborhoods
are unable to meet the growing material and cultural needs of local residents. Therefore,
from the perspective of neighborhood planning, this paper employs f ield surveys,
questionnaires and interviews to examine Yulin and Caojiaxiang neighborhoods in
Chengdu. It analytically studies the contradictory problems found in neighborhoods. The
paper also explores constructive suggestions that can improve neighborhood planning and
promote the construction of harmonious and sustainable neighborhood development on the
basis of meeting the requirements of residents with a variety of backgrounds. |
