| 本研究以两种典型旅游开发模式
下的北京胡同社区——钟楼湾社区和鼓楼苑
社区为例，通过问卷、访谈和空间扫描观察
法，研究旅游开发对胡同社区中儿童户外体
力活动的影响。研究结果表明：儿童对钟楼
湾、鼓楼苑地区的旅游影响有积极感知，旅
游者和旅游空间特征是影响其感知偏好的
主要因素；胡同旅游开发容易吸引低年龄段
（6—8岁）儿童的参与，同时也使得儿童看
护者的数量增加；观光游览和商业开发两种
旅游开发方式在对儿童户外体力活动类型
的影响方面存在明显差异，而对活动强度的
影响则不明显。 |

| The Impact of Tourism Development on Children’s Outdoor Physical Activities in Hutong Communityof Beijing—A Case study of Zhonglouwan and Gulouyuan Community |

| Abstract: |
| This paper takes two Hutong communities of Beijing in the typical tourism
development mode—Zhonglouwan and Gulouyuan community as examples,and employs
questionnaires,interview surveys and spatial scanning observation to study the impact
of tourism development on children’s outdoor physical activities.It’s found that children
mainly have a positive perception on the tourism development of the Hutong communities
in Zhonglouwan and Gulouyuan community,and tourists and the main characteristics of
place are the dominant factors to affect children’s perceptions; tourism development in
Hutong communities attracts low age (6 to 8 years of age) children's participation, at the
same time the number of children's caregivers has been increased;leisure-oriented tourism
development a nd business-or iented tour ism development exer ts obviously different
influence on children's outdoor physical activities, while it has little impact on the activity
intensity. |
