| 摘要: |
| 作为重点工程的新区公共空间，在
推动招商引资、吸引人口集聚，弥补老城公
共空间“欠账”的多重需求下，屡屡出现尺度
过大的现象，为新区的后续发展埋下隐患。
本文从引起公共空间大尺度现象的原因入
手，提出兼顾多方利益需求的工作原则。以重
庆西永中心广场规划设计为例，探索城市新
区大尺度公共空间的规划设计思路、技术路
线和规划策略，并总结大尺度公共空间规划
设计的一般方法，用于指导大尺度公共空间
的规划设计和调整改造，为同类型项目提供
借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| It is quite often to notice an over-scaled public space in new urban district.As the
key project,the public space in new urban district is expected to meet the multiple needs of
promoting investment, attracting population and compensating the insufficient public space
of old urban district,which is a hidden risk for the development of the new urban district in
the long term.This paper is to propose working principles for a balance of different interests
by analyzing the reasons of over-scaled public space.Targeting the planning and design of
Chongqing Xiyong Central Plaza,this paper will explore the ideas,technology roadmaps
and strategies for planning and designing a large-scaled public space in the new urban
district, and also summarize its general methods.It’s expected that it will guide the planning
and design of large-scaled public spaces and its improvement,and provide references for
similar projects. |
