| 城市中心商圈是一个城市经济、社
会、文化发展的中心，也是一个城市综合发
展水平的集中体现，是城市中重要的公共空
间之一。为使城市中心商圈拥有更好的为公
众服务的空间品质，对城市中心商圈空间品
质评价进行了研究。深入挖掘了开展城市中
心商圈空间品质评价研究的重要意义，总结
了城市中心商圈的7大特点和其空间的9大特
征，详细阐述了城市中心商圈空间的经济、社
会、文化内涵，并在此基础上归纳了评价目标
和评价要素，最后运用层次分析法整理出共
3个层次，由2个目标层指标，12个要素集合
层指标和68个要素指标层指标组成的城市中
心商圈空间品质评价指标体系。该指标体系
能对影响城市中心商圈空间品质的各要素进
行科学的判断、评述，并成为不断改进城市
中心商圈空间品质的要素选择基础。 |

| Abstract: |
| City central business area stands as a city’s core of economic,social and cultural
development,acts as a concentrated reflection of its comprehensive development,and plays
a role of one of the most important public place. In order to equip the city central business
area with better spatial quality of public service,this paper conducts a study on the evaluation
system of its spatial quality. Firstly,it explicates the concept of “city central business area”,
studies the development status of it,and defines the intendment of its spatial quality. Secondly,
it elaborates the background and significance of spatial quality evaluation of city central
business area,lists seven features of city central business area and nine characteristics of its
space, and then summarizes its economic,social and cultural connotations,while concludes
its evaluative targets and factors on that basis. Last,it employs the Analytic-hierarchy Process
(AHP) to obtain an evaluation index system of spatial quality of city central business area,
made of 3 layers,around 2 target layer index,12 elements combination layer index and 68
elements index layer index.This evaluation index system will provide scientific evaluation basis
for better public service of city central business area. It’s expected that this index system will
make scientific judgments and reviews on those elements which affect the quality of city central
business area, and become the selection basics of continuously improving its spatial quality. |
