| 近年来，为低收入群体提供的保
障性住房日益成为国家住房政策的重点。
随着一系列政策的出台和实施，低收入群
体的实际居住需求能否得到满足成为人们
关注的焦点。本文从探讨当前重庆市低收
入群体住房保障状况的社会背景入手，着
重分析了重庆市住房保障政策的发展情
况，通过调查低收入群体的居住现状和
居住需求，指出了目前相关对策的经验与
不足，提出了更加适合低收入群体居住需
求的改进建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| In recent years, providing affordable housing for the low-income groups
becomes a key point of national housing policy in China. With the promulgation of new
policies, whether the fundamental needs of low-income groups can be met is gradually
becoming the focus. This paper firstly elaborates the current conditions of affordable
housing in Chongqing, and then it focuses on analyzing the development of affordable
housing policies in Chongqing. This paper finally states the experiences as well as
deficiency of related measures by studying the living conditions and requirements of low-income groups and puts forward some suggestions for improving low-income groups’ lives. |
