| 随着现代社会的发展，IT企业的
规模正逐步扩大，员工宿舍区数量也相应
地增加。但现阶段与员工宿舍区设计相关
的指导理论与方法尚待发展完善，这使得
设计师们在项目设计建设过程中很难对IT
工业员工生活所需的交往空间环境进行准
确合理的把握，往往会造成设计的不完
善。现以IT工业员工宿舍区的交往空间环
境作为研究对象，从尽可能满足IT工业员
工的日常交往需求的角度出发，对其所需、
合理的交往空间环境营造策略进行有益的
探讨 |

| Abstract: |
| With the development of modern society, the scale of IT enter prises is
gradually expanding with a considerable number of dormitory areas coming out. However,
at the present stage, theories and methods on the design of employees’ dormitory area
have not been well developed yet, hence, it’s difficult for the designers to find out what
are the IT industry employees’ actual needs for their communication space environment,
giving rise to many imperfect designs. This paper sets the communication space
environment of employees’ dormitory area of IT industry as the research object, focuses
on the daily communication demand of IT industry employees and makes a meaningful
exploration about how to create a better communication space environment for the IT
industry employees. |
