基于GIS的天津近代租界区历史环境空间分析

摘要:
在特殊的时代背景下近代天津产生了大 量历史环境资源,亟待保护与再生。然而现阶段 尚缺少完备的天津近代租界区历史环境信息数 据,在开展针对历史环境的保护与再生管理工作 过程中,资料搜集与信息数据的管理成为必不可 少的重复性工作。论文通过网络大数据筛选出 天津市区最受公众关注的100个历史环境案例, 基于GIS建立涵盖历史信息和现状信息两个维 度的数据库,对其进行空间分析,总结GIS数据 采集的方法。研究发现,天津近代租界区历史环 境整体上沿海河两岸呈组团式集中分布,建设 规模较大,租界区风格的历史环境已经渗透进天津城市的肌理当中;交通可达性较好,人群热点普遍较高,其中五大道、意式风情区热度最为突 出。研究成果可为其他城市的历史环境保护研究提供参考。

Spatial Analysis of Historical Environment in Modern Concession Area of Tianjin Based on GIS

Abstract:
As an important component of the urban historical environment in Tianjin, the modern concession area contains a large number of valuable and rich historical environmental resources in the city, which need to be protected and regenerated. With the continuous development of GIS and internet technology, data collection has become more prominent in cultural heritage protection. The use of information technology to manage urban historical and current data can largely meet the needs of data collection, storage, management, updating, and visual analysis of research objects, providing important means for the study of urban historical environment protection. In the process of carrying out the protection and regeneration management of historical environment, urban managers have designated corresponding protection policies for specific buildings from different periods. However, due to the lack of complete historical data and information systems on the protection and management of relevant buildings and their surrounding areas, there is currently a lack of complete historical environmental information data for modern concession areas in Tianjin. Therefore, data collection and information management have become essential repetitive work. Research was conducted on the selection of typical case studies by utilizing network data analysis, analyzing and classifying research cases. ArcGIS and drone surveying technology were employed to collect and organize information on the current status of research cases, as well as to collect information on historical environmental restoration cases, providing data support for historical environmental protection, management, and updating practices. This paper selected the top 100 historical environmental cases in the Tianjin urban area that were most closely watched by the public, based on open source data from four professional tourism review websites, including Ctrip, Mafengwo, Qunar, and Dianping. This study further explored and organized the historical map data of typical cases as the research basis data, and translated the basic data into ArcGIS data, collecting data on the environmental cases of modern Tianjin. On the other hand, a three-dimensional data model was established using drone surveying to analyze the current situation information of typical research cases. Together with historical information, the analysis was carried out on the protection and regeneration of the modern historical environment of Tianjin. The combination of historical and current situation information ensured the integrity of the research object’s data and effectively recorded the existing state of the historical environment. Based on GIS, a database covering historical and current situation information was established, and spatial analysis was carried out. The research method of GIS data collection was summarized to achieve the GIS multi-scenario visualization of the modern concession areas in Tianjin. Research shows that the historical environment of the Tianjin Concession area is predominantly distributed along the banks of the coastal river, in a clustered and concentrated manner, with theTianjin Heping District section being the most densely populated and exhibiting larger construction scales that have permeated into the city fabric of Tianjin. The accessibility of transportation is relatively good, and there are generally high population hotspots, with construction date and heat value positively correlated, highlighting the heat value of Five Big Avenues and Italian Style Area in particular. As research on the protection and regeneration of the modern history of Tianjin becomes increasingly deep and mature, the overall protection of historical environments has become an important means of protection for the modern historical environment of Tianjin. The integration of the urban fabric of Tianjin and its modern historical environment is the overall control method for the protection and regeneration of historical environments. The refined construction and development of the public transportation system in Tianjin’s historical environment is a source of increasing the popularity of historical environment resource utilization. The results of this research can provide reference for research on historical environment protection in other cities.
