基于熵权灰色关联分析的5分钟社区生活圈绿地质量研究 ——以天津市新兴街道社区绿地为例

摘要:
5分钟社区生活圈是社区生活圈规划的 最小单位,也是城市建设、城市运营与城市居民 生活的最基本单元;社区绿地作为社区生活圈 公共服务的重要环节,在改善居民生活质量和 增进福祉方面具有不可忽视的作用。基于5分钟 社区生活圈与社区绿地建设的双重背景下,本文 以天津市新兴街道11个社区生活圈绿地为例, 通过因子分析与熵权计算确定主要因子与评价 指标,结合灰色关联度分析建立主—客观绿地 质量研究模型,并基于以上分析,提出提升生活 圈绿地质量的优化策略。结果显示,因子类型可 划分为活动保障、景观要素与空间特征三大类; 多数5分钟社区生活圈绿地质量普遍较高,而永丰里生活圈和土山花园社区生活圈受社区公园绿地和游园绿地的影响,总体绿地质量较差;主— 客观分析模型显示,5分钟社区生活圈绿地中,活动保障与空间特征因子对5分钟社区生活圈绿 地质量具有较大影响,景观要素因子影响较小。

A Study on Green Space Quality in Community Life Circle in 5 Minutes Based on Entropy Weight Grey Correlation Analysis: A Case Study on Green Space of Xinxing Street in Tianjin

Abstract:
In recent years, the exploration of community living circle mode has become an important task in the construction of major cities. As an important part of community services, the improvement of the quality of green space in community living circles is not only an effective way to achieve accurate allocation of public resources, but also a manifestation of urban spatial fairness and social justice. The 5-minute community life circle is the smallest unit of community life circle planning, and it is also the most basic unit of urban construction, urban operation and urban residents’ life. As an important part of public services in the community life circle, community green space plays a non-negligible role in improving the quality of life and well-being of residents. Based on the dual background of 5-minute community life circle and community green space construction, this study takes 11 community living circle green spaces in Xinxing Street, Heping District, a typical community in Tianjin as an example, obtains experimental basic data through objective index quantification and subjective questionnaire evaluation, and uses factor analysis and entropy weight calculation to determine the main factors and evaluation indicators. Combined with the grey correlation analysis, a subject-objective green space quality research model was established, the quality of green space in each community living circle was evaluated, and the correlation degree of each factor was graded, and then based on the above analysis, an optimization strategy to improve the quality of green space in living circle was proposed. The results are as flollows. Firstly, the green space quality of the 5-minute community living circle of Xinxing Street, Heping District, Tianjin, from high to low, was Chaoyangli living circle> Xidi living circle> Weihuali living circle, Xikang Road living circle> Xingheli living circle> Xinxing Beili living circle> Weijin Road living circle> Jinquanli living circle> Xinxing Nanli living circle> Tushan Garden community living circle> etc Yongfengli living circle. Most of the 5-minute community living circle green space quality is generally high, while Yongfengli living circle and Tushan Garden community living circle are affected by the community park green space and amusement park green space, the overall green space quality is poor, and the construction of 5-minute community living circle in Xinxing Street should focus on improving the quality of community parks and amusement park green space. Secondly, the factor types can be divided into three categories: activity guarantee, landscape elements and spatial characteristics. Through the analysis of 11 subjective-objective analysis models of 5-minute community life circles, it is found that activity guarantee and spatial characteristic factors have a greater impact on the quality of 5-minute community life circle green space, and landscape element factors have little influence on the quality of 5-minute community life circle green space, among which activity guarantee factor is an important factor affecting the use experience of community residents. The contribution of landscape feature class factor to the quality evaluation of community park green space was the lowest, and the contribution degree to amusement park green space and residential land attached green space was average. The spatial characteristic factors have little influence on the main use perception of community park green space, and have a significant impact on the main use experience of amusement park green space and ancillary green space. Therefore, according to the weight contribution of different indicators, this paper proposes an optimization strategy for the quality of green space in the 5-minute community living circle from three aspects: activity guarantee, landscape elements and spatial characteristics, and from the perspective of activity guarantee, measures such as “using shaded space to increase the ratio of green space activity venue”, “seeing green in the seam to effectively increase the ratio of activity venue”, and “building three dimensional greening to improve the greening rate” are used to improve green space and activity area. From the perspective of landscape elements, the number of landscape sketches and fitness facilities is increased through “incremental quality improvement of green space fitness facilities” and “addition and supplement of green space landscape sketches”. From the perspective of spatial characteristics, it is optimized by measures such as “encouraging the opening of dedicated green space, increasing the per capita area of green space in the living circle”, “creating a community cultural atmosphere, and strengthening the characteristics of green space space”, so as to improve the theme use evaluation and green space quality of 5-minute community life green space.
