日常生活视角下国内传统菜市场更新研究 —   —以西安建国门综合市场空间优化为例

摘要:
今年是“十四五”开局之年,我国进 入以人为本、提质为主的城市更新新阶段。 国内传统菜市场作为一种存在广泛、表现多 元的日常性公共空间,既承载了市井记忆, 又是城市发展的痛点。众多“网红菜市场”空 间优化尝试应运而生,引发了社会各界的关 注与讨论。梳理近五年来国内传统菜市场更 新研究的进展,从日常与非日常生活交集的 角度出发,思考菜市场1.0优化转型的得失, 再从空间、文化与社会层面剖析转型后的新 问题,基于国内外经典的更新项目的经验,思 考菜市场2.0的再提升。

Research on the Renewal of Domestic Traditional Vegetable Market from the Perspectiveof Daily Life: Taking Jianguomen Comprehensive Market as an Example

Abstract:
In the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, China has entered into a new stage of “urban renewal” featuring people-oriented and quality improvement. As a traditional public space with extensive existence and diversified performance, the domestic traditional vegetable market is not only the carrier of the market memory but also the pain point of urban development. As a special urban public space with strong daily attributes, the traditional vegetable market often appears in the old city. Its development speed is relatively slow. Under the impact of the rapidly rising e-commerce, it presents a complex social network and difficult construction defects. In recent years, the relocation, transformation, and upgrading of the traditional vegetable market have emerged in China, but the opportunities and challenges after space optimization coexist. Since 2017, in the past five years, many spatial optimization attempts of the “web celebrity vegetable market” with the help of Internet communication have emerged at the historic moment, attracting attention and discussion from all walks of life. This article is collectively referred to as the optimization and transformation of the traditional vegetable market in China. This paper sorts out the update and research progress of the domestic traditional vegetable market in the past five years and starts from the perspective of overlapping daily and non-daily life. Taking the update of Jianguomen Comprehensive Market as an example, and it considers the gains and losses of the optimization and transformation of the vegetable market 1.0. The local location and daily neglect of “separation” new problems are found in the 1.0 optimization evaluation of layout rationality, such as the layout rationality neglect causes vitality imbalance, regional neglect of the homogeneous impact, and neglect of daily life neglect causes cognitive contradictions. After the update, successful cases can be borrowed from 2.0 improvement from the utilization of remaining surrounding sites, the support of heterogeneous combination catalyst, and the idle transition of demolition.
