| 本文在梳理国内外疗愈景观发展历
程的基础上，建构了新自然主义生态种植疗
愈功能研究框架，并探讨了新自然主义生态
种植疗愈功能要素及其作用机制，即以“自
然”为主体的微气候疗愈机制，以“人”为主
体的生理疗愈机制和心理疗愈机制。立足
于风景园林学科，以既有相关学科理论为基
础，从自然营造和主动干预的角度提出了疗
愈功能的实现途径，籍由“新自然主义生态
种植疗愈功能”研究框架为健康城市的疗愈
景观研究提供思路与参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Healthy city is a whole organic combination of healthy people, healthy environment
and healthy society. It should be able to continuously improve the environment, expand
community resources, and make city residents to support each other so as to maximize their
potential. Under the background of “a wide concept of health” in Chinese cities, the focus
of healthy city construction will be changed from passive recovery to active intervention.
Therefore, the research on the relationship between healthy urban living environment and
healing landscape has attracted much attention in the field of landscape architecture.
Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation of relevant research objects, that is, healing
landscape is a landscape space environment dominated by natural elements designed to
maintain the health of users. Health-oriented landscape architecture should not only provide
healthy green environment space, but also provide active activity space to meet the needs of
activities. Healing landscape provides the possibility for the establishment of the environmental
space. Neo-naturalistic ecological planting emphasizes that it should fit the herbs in the form
of natural organic combination and stable development of plant community type based on the
principle of ecology. It has the cultural, ecological and sustainable features to create close-to-
nature landscape in urban space, regulate climate, and arouse the public ecological memory,
which are the effective ways to heal the landscape implementation.
Secondly, from the perspective of “human” subject and “natural” subject, research status
of healing landscape at home and abroad is sorted out. The establishment of early healing
landscapes is more concerned with the restoration of human health. The research and practice
of “people” as the main subject of healing landscape mainly focuses on the factors such as
age, gender and disease type of people, and integrates the elements of healing landscape and
landscape space design through quantitative research on the characteristics of the population.
Therefore, evidence-based design research from the perspectives of sociology, psychology and
medicine has gradually become the core of healing landscape research. In recent years, the
research on healing landscape has gradually transformed from “whether nature affects health”
to “how nature affects health”. The research on healing landscape with “nature” as the main subject has been extended and developed, and a series of quantitative empirical research results have been obtained.
Thirdly, based on the current research status of healing landscape at home and abroad, a preliminary research framework for the healing
function of neo-naturalism ecological planting is constructed, and the mechanism of healing function of neo-naturalistic ecological planting
is also discussed: (1)healing mechanism about microclimate with “nature” as the main subject; (2) healing mechanism about raw physical
therapy with “person” as the main subject; (3) healing mechanism about the mental with “person” as the main subject. The microclimate
healing mechanism with “nature” as the main subject is discussed from macro and micro levels. The healing mechanism of physiotherapy with
“human” as the main subject mainly includes two aspects: the improvement of physiological indexes by the neo-naturalistic ecological planting
activities and the improvement of physiological immunity by the neo-naturalistic ecological plant community volatiles. The psychological
healing mechanism with “human” as the main subject mainly includes two aspects: regulating human emotion by the color of the neo-naturalistic
ecological plant community and awakening ecological memory by the space of the neo-naturalistic ecological plant community.
In the end, the main research direction of the healing function of the neo-naturalistic ecological planting is put forward. Taking “nature” as
the main subject, this paper mainly studies the relationship between ecological factors and health physical space, including the introduction of
high-value plants in urban habitat, ecological restoration of native vegetation, and the quantitative regulation of urban microclimate by perennials.
Taking “human” as the main subject, this paper mainly studies the response mechanism of physical and mental factors to the landscape of plant
community, including public ecological aesthetic preference, neo-naturalistic ecological plant community dynamic design and color design. It is
an effective way to realize the positive succession of plant community ecosystem to respect the self-renewal ability of community ecosystem and
its own ecological restoration process from the perspective of natural construction. From the perspective of active intervention, it should take the
healing landscape design of active intervention as the core, make use of rich colors to create urban forest, enhance the multi-seasonal attraction,
and meet the ecological aesthetic needs of the modern public to the greatest extent, so as to create a healthy urban public space with the function
of sustainable healing.
Based on the research about the healing function framework of neo-naturalism ecological planting, this paper aims to improve the theoretical
system of landscape architecture by combining the theories of ecology, landscape neuroscience, medicine, sociology and so on, so as to promote
the development of healthy urban living environment jointly. |
