| 古村落蕴藏着丰富的历史信息和文
化景观，在同一地域范围内，类似的古村落
往往成群出现，合理评估古堡群等级和开发
潜力是首要任务。在这样的背景下，本文借
助层次分析法构建了古村落群多网点评价体
系，从等级、价值、环境、交通、设施五个方
面评价古村落的开发潜力，共包含16个评价
因子，运用模糊数学和灰色系统理论赋予权
重，并据此将晋城市沁河118个古堡进行了综
合开发潜力特征分析和网点评级，提出了分
级保护方法和开发潜力趋向，尝试解决沁河
古堡群目前面临的旅游产品单一、开发遭遇
瓶颈问题，并为其他古村落群的保护发展探
索一条潜力评估和保护开发的路径。 |

| Assessment of Development Potential of Ancient Villages Based on Dot Rating: TakingJincheng Qinhe Ancient Fort Group as an Example |

| Ancient villages contain rich historical information and cultural landscape, and
assume the dual responsibility of rural dwelling houses and heritage sites. Rational protection
and development are not only an important aspect of cultural heritage protection and cultural
inheritance, but also of great significance to the improvement of the lives of indigenous people.
Within the same region, ancient villages with similar features and similar cultures often
appeared in groups. How to reasonably evaluate the rank and characteristics of ancient villages
and determine the key points and time sequence of protection and utilization are the current
research topics. There are many kinds of structures and models about small-scale evaluation
in current research. However, the study of ancient village group evaluation is still in the
exploratory stage, and the evaluation of individual villages and towns is not enough to solve
the problem of community selection. In this context, the paper uses the network rating method
to evaluate the development potential of the ancient village group, and makes an empirical
study of the ancient castle group in Jincheng. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)
was used to construct the multi-point evaluation system of ancient villages. There are 16
evaluation factors in total. Fuzzy mathematics and grey system theory are used to decompose
the evaluation system layer by layer. The hierarchy structure is formed from top to bottom, and
the judgment matrix is constructed to calculate the decision weight by the scale method.
Jincheng ancient castle has a long history, a large number, unique spatial form and a complete
cultural context, which is in the process of transformation from coal to tourism. How to
coordinate protection and rational development is the primary problem. One hundred and
eighteen of these castles were selected for the study. Taking team research results, network
data and POI as the main data sources, the evaluation system was empirically demonstrated.
The characteristics of its comprehensive development potential and dot rating are analyzed.
The results show that Qinhe Ancient Fort Group in Jincheng City is with good traffic, value
and environmental conditions, but poor grade and facility configuration conditions. The castle
group with better overall conditions is mainly distributed around the castle group headed by
the palace of the imperial city and the palace of heavenly officials.
According to the classification method of natural break points, the ancient castle group is divided into three levels to distinguish the protection scope and intensity. The first, second and third levels contain 17, 58 and 43 ancient
castles respectively. The first level castles require comprehensive protection from core protection areas, cultural and conservation units,
historical influences, intangible cultural heritage and the environment, and raise protection requirements. The second level castles require the
protection of cultural protection units, historical influences and intangible cultural heritage. The third level castles only require the protection of
historical influence and intangible cultural heritage. In accordance with the principle of adapting measures to local conditions and learning from
each other, the development potential of ancient castles group tends to become a key brand through tourism product innovation and facilities
improvement, expanding its influence and expanding the tourism market. The high-value castles fully excavate the charm of ancient architecture,
space, place, landscape and cultural elements, and develop them in a diversified way to create interactive space nodes between urban and rural
areas. The high environmental grade castles fully develop the potential of landscape environment, increase the tourists’ feeling and realize the
individual value, emphasize the cultural consumption and the life experience. The castles with high traffic grade consider the development of
rural tourism, docking with the leisure tourist market of metropolis, constructing the castle ecological circle settlement, activating the castle and
building the beautiful countryside. It is suggested to supplement the facilities of catering, accommodation, leisure and entertainment to build the
service base of the castle group.
This paper tries to solve the problems of single tourism products and bottleneck in development of Jincheng Ancient Castle Group through
network rating. It is proved that the classification and evaluation of ancient village groups has practical effect, exploring a potential assessment
and protection development path for the protection and development of other ancient village groups. |
