| 产业是乡村建设的核心动力与物质
基础，乡村振兴与发展须以村民为本，依托产
业带动乡村经济发展。由于不同乡村具有显著
的社会、经济、文化及自然禀赋差异，需要契
合实际，以当地传统沿袭或主流强势产业为载
体梳理、整合乡村资源优势，促进乡村持续发
展。本文通过分析产业在乡村建设过程中的
问题与矛盾，提出基于产业提升的乡村建设适
应性设计理念。并以江苏特色田园乡村示范点
连云港市班庄镇前集村为例，对其上位规划、
物质形态、生活文化等因素及当地产业现状
进行周密调研与分析，提炼出前集村自身既有
的资源与优势，挖掘乡村独特的“灵魂”，并以
此为基础寻找基于产业适应性的通用方法和
设计策略，统筹村域物质、文化资源，以此为
基础优化产业模式，从而形成地域特色与创
新吸引力兼具的发展格局，为特色田园乡村的
践行探索一条行之有效的发展路径 |

| For an extended period, agriculture has been a pillar industry on which farmers
rely for survival. China's reform and opening-up have not only brought about land reform and
the prosperity of village and township enterprises but also resulted in the fundamental changes
in village functions and structures, and a gradual impact on the form of village construction.
In recent years, in the context of new urbanization, social development has entered a period of
transformation. Along with the in-depth unfolding of “beautiful villages” and “characteristic
pastoral villages”, villages have been developing in the direction of "continuous opening-up
and innovation", but the phenomenon of convergence has become increasingly severe. On the
other hand, universal problems still exist, such as population loss, spatial disorder, backward
infrastructures, and insufficient public services. Industries are the core power and material
basis of rural construction. Rural revitalization and development must be based on villagers.
We must rely on industries to drive rural economic development. Considering that different
villages have significant differences in social, economic, cultural, and natural endowments, we
need to sort out and integrate the resource advantages of villages and promote the sustainable
development of villages in line with reality and with traditional local legacies or mighty
mainstream industries as the carrier.
By gathering and sorting out typical cases of domestic villages, this paper correlates the
industrial development with the physical form, life culture, public facilities and other factors
of towns, sorts out and sums up the problems and contradictions that exist in the process of
industrial construction in villages. On this basis, this paper brings in the concept of “adaptive
design” that falls into the category of architecture and product design and proposes an idea of
“adaptive design” of rural construction based on industrial upgrading, realized by exploring
and using rural resources, and targeted at strengthening villages and enriching villagers. The
ultimate goal is to tailor development paths and pastoral features for different villages with
their own distinctive industrial and cultural characteristics.
With the case of Qianji Village, Banzhuang Town, Lianyungang City, a rural
demonstration site with pastoral characteristics in Jiangsu, this paper investigates and analyzes
such factors as master village planning, material form, industrial development, and life culture,and extracts the existing resources and advantages of Qianji Village, discovers its disadvantages and shortcomings in its previous construction
process at the same time, and carries out coordinated design and planning for other factors using the strategy of “adaptive industrial design” and
based on the industries of Qianji Village, aiming to tap the unique “soul” of the village.
Finally, based on the practice of the project, this paper aims to find out a general method and design strategy for rural planning and
construction based on industrial adaptability, and optimize the industrial model. By coordinating the material and cultural resources in the
village, this paper forms a development pattern with both regional characteristics and innovation attractiveness, and explore an adequate
development path for the practice of characteristic pastoral villages. |
