| 空间更新如何更深入民心更可持
续？本文结合上海社区花园的实践分析，试
图探索出一条适合高密度都市区空间更新与
社会治理有机结合的可持续发展路径。本
文以创智农园和百草园作为社区花园营造的
案例，从空间布局、建设过程、后续维护等
方面，介绍社区花园如何在不改变土地性质
和绿地属性的前提下，以深入的社区参与丰
富了城市绿地的内涵与外延，以更乡土更丰
富的生境营造更新了人与自然的连接，以日
臻完善的方式实现了社区民众对美好家园的
共建共享。 |

| Abstract: |
| How does space regeneration become more popular and sustainable? Based on the
analysis of the team practice of community garden in Shanghai, this paper tries to explore a
sustainable development path that combines spatial renewal and social governance suitable for
high-density urban areas. The paper takes the Knowledge and Innovation Community Garden
and Herb Garden as examples to introduce how community gardens enrich the connotation and
extension of urban green space with in-depth community participation, without changing the
character of land and green space. It creates a new connection between man and nature with
an indigenous native habitat, and helping people realize their community in a welcomed cosharing
way. |
