城市形态视角下的电力廊道布局规划方法研究 ——以矢量栅格模型为技术平台

摘要:
电力廊道是城市必不可少的基础设 施,也是影响城市生态景观及开发建设的主 要因素之一,其根结在于电力系统与城市规划 的脱节导致的电力廊道布局的失控。本文以 城市形态的视角对电力廊道布局的影响因素 进行分析,并在深入剖析电力系统与城市规 划不同规划方式的基础上,提出以矢量栅格 模型为平台的协同工作机制,借以整合两个 学科的要素并以此为基础对电力廊道的布局 进行评价与优化。该方法打破了两个学科的 壁垒,能更为科学合理地控制电力廊道的布 局,有助于提高布局的网络效率,并能在高效 利用城市廊道的同时强化城市形态特征,规 避对城市景观、生态及开发建设的影响。在 此基础上,以芜湖市为案例,对该方法的实际 应用进行了研究。

Study on Planning Method of Power Corridor Distribution from the Perspective of Urban Morphology—Taking Vector Raster Model as the Technology Platform

Abstract:
Electric power corridor is the essential infrastructure of a city. It’s also one of the main factors of urban eco-environment, landscape and urban development. For the negative impact of power corridor on urban space, the core issue is the weak connection between urban plan and power network plan, and it results in power facilities and corridor distribution out of control. Thus, a vector raster model is presented through analysis influencing factors of power corridor layout from the perspective of urban morphology. It’s believed that this method can control the layout of power corridor more scientifically and rationally. Sequentially, it can improve the network efficiency and enhance the urban morphological characteristics simultaneously; it can also avoid the negative impact of power corridors on urban environment. Furthermore, the research taking Wuhu City as an example, conduct analysis on the practical application of the method.
