| 中国城市快速发展的近十多年也
是人口老龄化不断加速的十多年，与人口老
龄化相关的社会问题不断出现。一方面老人
的出行和社交需求被严重忽视，另一方面他
们通过自发的非正式行为给自己日常生活中
的出行和社交环境创造条件，这种自下而上
的发展模式正是当地城市的居民在特定的城
市条件下衍生出的对城市生活的自适应，这
种改变也是具有实时性和地域性的。我国人
口老龄化地区差异明显，同时山地城市因其
地形的特殊性，日常生活方式及存在的问题
就更加独特，这就需要以观察与调研为出发
点，研究城市空间老年人非正式使用的真实
情况，探究他们的需求，进而提高城市街道
的包容性来满足老年人独立生活的需要。 |

| Abstract: |
| The Chinese cities have developed rapidly in the recent ten years as well as the
aging of the population. Constantly, the lack of consideration on the issue of aging has led
to some social problems. On the one hand the elderly travel and social needs are seriously
ignored. On the other hand, they create good environmental conditions for their travel and
social communication in daily life through the elderly spontaneous informal behavior. This
bottom-up model of development is the way in which the local city residents adapt to urban life
in specifi c urban conditions. This change is also real-time and regional. The situations of aging
population are quite different in different regions of China. Meanwhile, mountain cities’ daily
life style and existing problems are more unique because of their special terrain. Therefore,
this requires observation and research as a starting point to study the urban space for the real
situation of informal use of the elderly, to explore the needs of them, thereby enhancing the
urban streets of inclusive to meet the needs of the elderly independent living. |
