| 城市是人类社会的载体，城市居住
是城市居民生活生存的重要组成部分，居住
方式的选择将影响居民个体、家庭和社会
的多层次物质及精神生活。随着居民价值取
向与投资建设主体的日益多元化，人们渴望
在住区与城市之间建立一种和谐发展的关
系。街区型住区作为一种紧凑高效的住区模
式，注重建立住区与城市之间的有机联系，
营造开放共享的城市住区环境。本文追溯
了街区型住区的历史发展过程，同时将街区
型住区与传统封闭式小区、街区进行比较研
究，明确街区型住区的内涵与特征，从思想
观念、规划体系、管理模式与开发模式四方
面分析我国街区型住区面临的困境，并提出
相应的规划原则与策略，以期为我国街区型
住区的开发建设提供理论支撑。 |

| Study on the Planning Strategy of the Housing Block |

| Abstract: |
| City is the carrier of human society, and the urban residential is an important
part of the urban residents’ living, and thus the choice of living way will affect the material
and spiritual life of individuals, families and the society. With the diversity of residents’
value orientation and investment, people are eager to establish a harmonious relationship
between the residential area and the city. As a compact and efficient residential district,
residential block focuses on establishing organic links between the residential district and
the city, and creates an open and shared urban residential environment. The paper traces the
development process of the block-type settlements, and compares the residential blocks and
the traditional settlements. It then elaborates the connotation and characteristics of housing
blocks, and analyses four current difficulties (including the planning ideas, planning
system, management mode and development mode of Chinese residential blocks). The paper
proposes corresponding planning principles and strategies, hoping to provide theoretical
support for Chinese block-type settlements development and construction. |
