| 针对近期乡村规划和乡村建设中
普遍存在的照搬城市规划理念、不切实际、
实效性弱等问题，借鉴建筑策划和城市触
媒的相关研究成果，试图通过强调乡村触
媒找寻乡村策划，寻求一条适合乡村自身
“系列发展”需求的、可以激发乡村活力的、
“反规划”的乡村建设之路：强调触媒的乡
村建设应该基于一村一策的、过程调适的
策划和界定，而非“八股”的、终结版的规
划和设计。 |

| Rural Programming: Finding Rural Catalysts |

| Abstract: |
| In view of the problems (such as copying the idea of urban planning,
formalization, unrealistic and weak actual effect) commonly existed in the recent rural
planning and rural development, and draw lessons from the architectural programming and
urban catalyst, by the rural programming which emphasizes the rural catalysts, this paper
attempts to seek an “anti-planning” way of rural development which is suitable for rural
“sequencing development ”demand and can stimulate the vitality of village—the rural
development which emphasizes that catalysts should be “programmed” and “defined” based
on the “one village one strategy” and process adjustment, rather than be “planned” and
“designed” based on the “eight-part essay” and end version. |
