| 随着城镇化进程的不断推进，广
大乡村地域社会经济发生了巨大的变化，生
产生活呈现多元化发展趋势。“新农村建
设”、“美丽乡村”、“传统村落”等一系列
创建活动一方面体现了各级政府对乡村地域
的投入与指导日益增多，另一方面也对传统
的营建模式产生了影响。本文首先介绍了当前
村庄建设中外力强介入的整体改建、外力弱
介入和村民自建的局部改建等营建方式的特
点，随后分析乡村地区建筑特有的与生产生
活紧密相连的功能多样性，与时间紧密相连
的营建渐进性，以及与使用者紧密相连的村
民主体性等营建特征。在此基础上，提出针
对功能多样性特征的村落分类和引导，针对
营建渐进式特征的建筑营造示范与引导，以
及针对村民主体性特征的村落营建保障与支
撑等乡村地域建筑营建模式。 |

| Research on the Development and Construction Mode of Traditional Villages Based on theCharacteristics of the Village |

| Abstract: |
| As the acceleration of urbanization, rural China is now undergoing dramatic
social and economic transition, the production mode and lifestyle in rural areas shows
the trend of diversification. Strategies including constructing the new rural village,
constructing beautiful village, protecting traditional villages together with a series of
creative activities on the one hand ref lect an increasing attention and input to rural
development from the government, on the other hand they also have a strong impact on
the traditional construction mode. This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of
three construction modes: the strong intervention in the overall reconstruction of villages,
the weak intervention and the partial reconstruction by the villagers themselves. Then
it analyses the functional diversity of rural buildings connected with the production
and living of rural villagers; the construction gradualism connected with the time; and
villagers’ subjectivity connected with the user of the buildings. Based on this, it puts
forward some rural construction modes including the village classification and guidance
based on the functional diversity, building construction demonstration and guidance based
on construction gradualism, and village construction guarantee based on the subjectivity of
villagers. |
