| 摘要: |
| 本论文作为中国北方农村住宅研
究的基础论文的一部分，以辽宁省与河北省
的住宅作为研究对象，通过分析住宅的房
间功能和平面布局的关系，以明确探讨住
宅空间构造的特征和其形成要因为本研究
的目的。本文的研究结果指出：中国北方的
辽宁省与河北省具有不同的住宅平面特征。
这种特征的地域差异就其形成要因不仅是
基于各地区对现代住居环境不同的需求，
而且也与其地区的气候、风土、风俗等相
关。在广地域的中国，本文为具有地方特色
的农村住宅设计与评价做出了较有价值的
摸索。 |

| A Study on the Feature of Spatial Structure and Its Formative Factors in Northern Chinese Farmhouses—A Perspective of Function and Arrangement |

| Abstract: |
| This research seeks for the spatial structure and its formative factors in Northern
Chinese farmhouses in Liaoning and Hebei by analyzing the residential room functions and
arrangements. The specific results find that the residential plane features of Liaoning and
Hebei provinces are different. The formative factors of these regional differences not only
originate from diverse demands of modern residential environment of different regions,
but also from different local features such as the climate, natural conditions and social
customs. In the vast land of China, this paper provides valuable explorations on the local
featured residential design and assessment in the countryside. |
