| 摘要: |
| 本文选取丽水地区172个传统村落
作为研究样本，通过对其地形地貌、人口规
模、产业类型、历史文保进行分类别分析，
概括了区域传统村落空间分布特征。同时，
依据实地调研与走访，总结得出村落空间拓
展模式类型主要以分离式、顺延式、混合式
为主，村落水系格局基本呈现穿越式和环
绕式。在此基础上，分析传统村落在丽水
发展过程中蕴含的历史文化价值、艺术价
值、生态价值和经济价值，探讨传统村落保
护的必要性与重要性。 |

| A Study on Spatial Characteristics and Value of Traditional Villages in Lishui Region |

| Abstract: |
| This article takes 172 traditional villages in Lishui region as objects to analyze
the characteristics of spatial distribution, including the topography and geomorphy,
population, preservation policy, etc. Based on the survey on 34 villages, it is concluded that
the spatial development of villages has three different types, and the relationship between
villages and rivers contains two modes. At last, it discusses the value of traditional villages
in four aspects, such as historical value, artistic value, ecological value and economic
worth, to emphasize the significance and necessity of traditional village preservation. |
