| 摘要: |
| 自然生态安全是城市可持续发展
的基石，当前城市规划实施评价中尚未建立
系统的自然生态安全指标体系，势必导致评
价结论的偏差。本研究选取与用地布局和用
地适宜性密切相关的空间化指标作为关键
要素，运用PSR模型尝试构建城市规划实施
评价的自然生态安全指标体系，并选取重庆
市北部新区为例，通过分析2003—2010年7
年间该区的总体规划实施情况，验证了该指
标体系的可行性。 |

| Abstract: |
| Natural eco-security factors do not arouse enough attention in assessment of
urban planning implementation as yet, so the assessment conclusion would be partial. This
paper puts forward index system of natural eco-security based on land use, and also takes
the overall plan of Chongqing New North Zone as an example to specifically illustrate the
assessment system mentioned above. |
