| 土地利用与轨道交通换乘问题之
间联系的复杂性在很大程度上未被真正理
解，它限制了我们对换乘矛盾的判断和策略
的提出。本文以站点周边土地利用现状和
换乘问题归纳为出发点，分析探讨换乘矛盾
产生的内在逻辑，提出土地利用是造成轨道
交通换乘需求的诱因，而换乘条件则决定了
供需矛盾是否产生，进而以互动思维提出了
包括强化副中心和边缘职能、提升土地利用
多样性、增强公交衔接能力和增加换乘可能
在内的优化策略。 |

| A Study on Problem-Solving and Strategies of Metro Transit Transfer Under the View of Land Use— A Case of Hangzhou Metro Line One |

| Abstract: |
| The complex relationship between land use and metro transit transfer has been
largely ignored, which to a large extent, limits the depth of our comprehension on transfer
contradiction and its strategies. In current research, formation mechanism of transfer
contradiction is discussed based on the analysis of land use and transfer problems. It
shows that the land use is the incentive of transfer demands while the transfer conditions
determine whether the contradiction appears or not. Thus, more attention should be paid to
the possible strategies like enhancing the function of sub-civic center and fringe, land use
diversity, transfer capability and transfer opportunity. |
