以城市文化为导向的小城市旧城中心区城市设计 ——以南川东街旧城片区改造为例

摘要:
本文在分析旧城改造经验、小城市 旧城区特点及改造策略的基础上，以重庆市 南川区中心东街旧城片区的改造为例，探索如 何以文化为导向，充分利用旧城文化资本，打 造城市特色，从整体风貌控制、城市空间结构 重组及商业活力再造等方面重新激发旧城中 心区商业活力，实现旧城中心区的有机更新。

The Urban Culture-Oriented Design of the Old City Center— Taking the East Street Reconstruction Design of Nanchuan as an Example

Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing the experiences of city reconstruction and the characteristics of small cities and their reconstruction strategies, this paper puts forward some urban culture-oriented design suggestions by taking the example of the East Street reconstruction design in Nanchuan County of Chongqing, in which the urban culture will be utilized more efficiently so as to form the city’s characteristics. The paper then discusses approaches to remotivate the business vitality of old city center in the aspects of overall scene control, urban special restructure and rebuilding commercial vitality, etc. to realize the organic renewal of old city center.
