| 我国城镇化快速推进的同时，城市
建设中环境污染、资源枯竭、居民亚健康、文
化缺失等问题日益突出，生态文明建设受到空
前重视。指出生态文明理念下注重生态保护、
提倡低碳建设、关注居民健康、追求文化认
同四个方面在山地住区规划中的必要性。结
合大理海东一期商品房住区规划项目对四个
方面提出应对策略，建设人与自然、人与人、
人与社会和谐共生的山地住区。 |

| Planning Strategies in Mountain Residences Based on Ecological Civilization—A Case Study of the Residence Planning of Haidong in Dali city |

| Abstract: |
| With the rapid urbanization, the problems of environmental pollution, depletion
of resources, sub-health of residents and cultural absence in urban construction is looming,
and the construction of ecological civilization has received unprecedented attention. Based
on ecological civilization, it points out the necessity of focusing on ecological protection,
promoting low-carbon construction, concerning the health of residents and seeking cultural
identity. The paper proposes coping strategies of the residence planning of Haidong in Dali
city in order to create a harmonious mountainous residence. |
