| 多样性是城市的天性，土地是多样
性的空间载体，如何通过规划引导城市用地
“混合使用”从而适应城市土地功能的复合
属性，一直是行业探索的热点。本文通过综
述国内外城市在用地“混合使用”方面的实
践探索，提炼出规划引导用地“混合使用”
的五个具体方向即优化分类、引入混合、界
定成分、约束度量、划定区域，供规划从业
者共享。 |

specific measures to guide the planning of mixed use of urban land:optimizing classifications,?
introducing mixed use,defining composition,constraining measures,delineating areas.It’s?
expected that these measures can be shared by planning practitioners. |
