| 村镇建设科技发展“十二五”专项
规划中强调推进村镇低成本节能住宅建造
技术体系开发。以此为出发点，以绿色建筑
科学体系理论为依据，对四川新农村住宅的
节能进行研究，并以广汉市西外乡楠木村2
号聚居点住宅设计实践为例，从住宅设计和
低技术节能技术应用两个方面入手，探寻符
合现阶段四川农村实际情况的节能住宅设
计策略。 |

| The rural constructional development of science and technology in the 12th Five-Year
special planning emphasizes that it should promote the development of the technology system
in building the rural low-cost and energy-saving residential constructions.Based on the theory
of the green-building scientific system,this paper studies the energy-saving effects of the new
rural residence in Sichuan province.Taking the residence design of No.2 settlements in Nanlin
village,Xiwai township,Guanghan city as an example,it explores the energy-saving strategies in
accordance with the status quo of the rural areas in Sichuan province. |
