| 城市化速度的加快与城市内部功能
的不断转化使原本处于城市边缘的山地工业
遗产面临转型和更新等难题。本文首先总结
了国内外对工业遗产更新的认识和实践；接
着分析了山地工业遗产的特点及其更新所面
临的问题，即在重组基础上实现可持续发展
的功能更新，充分利用并重新塑造各种要素
的景观更新，保护与传承山地工业文化和历
史文化的风貌更新；最后，以绵阳市朝阳厂工
业遗产保护规划为例，在整体保护、动态保
护、景观建筑一体化等设计策略的指导下，探
寻了山地工业遗产更新的思路。 |

| The Renewal Strategy of Industrial Heritage in Mountain Areas—A Case Study of the Industrial Heritage Conservation Planning of Chaoyang Factory in Mianyang City |

| Abstract: |
| The acceleration of the urbanization and the conversion of its interior features pose
new problems of transformation and renewal to the industrial heritage located originally on
the urban fringe. This paper firstly summarizes the domestic and foreign industrial heritage
renewal cognition and practices, analyzes the characteristics of mountain industrial heritage
and the problems faced by the renewal, and proposes the corresponding strategies: to achieve
sustainable development of feature update on the basis of recombination, to reshape the various
elements of the landscape update, and to protect the style update of industrial and historical
culture in mountain areas. Finally, it takes the industrial heritage protection planning of
Chaoyang Factory in Mianyang City for example, and explores ways of renewal of industrial
heritage under the guidance of the design strategies of overall protection, dynamic protection
and the integration of landscape and architecture. |
