| 从当代文化、情感和经济三方
面需求的角度对老建筑的现世价值进行
分析，论述改造老建筑对于当代社会发
展的必要性；解读现行“以恢复历史风
格为改造目的”和“以尊重历史真实性
为改造目的”两种改造方法的发展现状
及代表案例，辩证其优势和不足，分析
这两种改造方法在当下所存在的无法周
全考虑“原真性”与“风格性”的矛盾问
题，提出以保护为前提、扩建为手段、中
性附加物为材料的可逆性改造的观点，
以期为该领域工作者提供借鉴。 |

| An Interpretation on the Modern Value and Retrofitting Design of Old Buildings—Taking Modern Architectural Heritage for Example |

| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzes the present value of old buildings from the following
three aspects: contemporary culture, emotional and economic demand, and states
the necessity of retrofitting old buildings for contemporary social development. It
also interprets the present situation and the representative cases of two retrofitting
methods—restoring the historical style respecting the historical authenticity, and
their advantages and disadvantages. Both of the retrofitting methods are unable to
consider the contradictory problem of authenticity and style. It finally puts forward the
reversible transformation idea taking the protection as premise, expansion as the means
and neutral appendages as material. It’s expected that it will provide references for the
research of related field. |
