| 重庆近代民居建筑是重庆近代
建筑中颇具代表意义的一种建筑类型，现
存建筑实例也比较丰富。本文从重庆地区
特定的历史、自然、社会环境入手，分析
了几种典型的重庆近代民居类历史建筑，
总结了包括空间布局、平面型制、形态尺
度等在内的该类建筑空间的特点，旨在为
城市历史街区的改造和更新，以及对建筑
遗产的保护和利用提供较为准确详实的
依据；同时，对当下的建筑设计和城市的
建设与发展起到借鉴和推动作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Residential architecture is a type of representative building in modern
architecture of Chongqing, and extant building embodiments are also abundant.
The paper analyzed several typical modern residential buildings in Chongqing, and
summarized the space features of such buildings, including space layout, plane form
as well as form scale from the perspective of specific historical, natural, and social
environment. It’s expected that this paper will provide more accurate and informative
basis for transformation and restoration of urban historical blocks, and preservation
and utilization of architectural heritage. Meanwhile, it can also play a role in promoting
architectural design and urban construction and development. |
