| “低冲击开发”是由美国提出的
一种针对城市雨洪的管理模式，该理念
不断发展延伸到当今城市建设的各个领
域，其终极目标是为了构筑生态城市，实
现城市与自然的和谐相处。论文以开江
县城市总体规划设计为例，从城市增长
边界、城乡统筹、城市空间、产业发展以
及道路和绿地系统等几个方面探讨低冲
击开发模式理念下城市总体规划设计的
一些策略方法。 |

| Application of Low-impact Development Concept in the Overall Urban Planning Strategy— Taking Overall Urban Planning and Design of Kaijiang County for Example |

| Abstract: |
| Low impact development concept was proposed by the United States on
management mode of urban storm water, and extended gradually to various areas of
current urban construction. The ultimate goal of this concept was to build eco-city and
achieve urban and natural harmony. This thesis took overall urban planning and design of
Kaijiang County for example and explored the design strategy of overall urban planning
based on the concept of low-impact development model in terms of urban growth
boundary, urban and rural development, urban space, industrial development, roads and
green space system, etc. |
