| 公租房建设是我国住房保证体
系中的重要组成部分。重庆作为公租房建
设的试点城市，有很多经验值得借鉴和
学习。本文在详细介绍重庆住房现状和
公租房基本情况的基础上，着重分析了
重庆公租房建设的特点与创新，总结了其
公租房发展中的问题，并提出了相应的规
划应对措施。 |

| At present, our country is vigorously developing public housing, which is
an important part in housing guarantee system. As a pilot city about it, there is a lot
of experience for reference and learning in Chongqing. On the basis of introducing
housing market and the constr uction of public housing in Chongqing, this paper
analyzes the characteristic of public housing and the problems in the development, and
then advances the ways to solve them in planning. |
