| 《城乡规划法》的颁布实施对
城乡总体规划中建设用地的规模和分布
提出了新的要求，在此背景下，通过对重
庆市长寿区城乡居民点现状建设用地分
布特征的评述，提出依托人口单因子评
价方法不能准确、客观地预测建设用地
的增长趋势，进而探讨了在P-S-R模型
的基础上通过多因子分析预测城乡居民
点建设用地规模的新方法，同时评价了
预测结果，以期为相关实践提供建设性
意见。 |

| The Prediction of Construction Land Scale in the Urban and Rural Settlement Based on P-S-R Model— Taking Urban and Rural Overall Planning in Changshou District of Chongqing as an Example |

| Abstract: |
| The promulgation and implementation of ‘Urban and Rural Planning Act’
presented new requirements for scale and distribution of construction land in urban-rural
overall planning. This paper illustrated the distribution characteristics of construction
land in the urban and rural settlement of Changshou District, Chongqing, and it’s found
that single factor evaluation method can’t accurately and objectively predict the growing
trend of construction land. It explored the new method of predicting scale of construction
land in the urban and rural settlement based on the P- S-R model through more than one
factor analysis and it also evaluated the predicted results. It’s expected that it will provide
constructive suggestions for related practice. |
