| 我国颁布实施无障碍法规以来，
城市公共空间的无障碍环境得到了极大
改善，但室内无障碍问题依然突出。基
于此，本文以济南市泉城广场地下商业
空间为研究对象，在简要介绍广场基本
情况的基础上，分析地下空间垂直通行
无障碍设施中存在的问题及主要原因，
并针对地下车库、下沉广场和滨水广场的
无障碍设计问题，分别探讨具体的解决
方案。 |

| Since China promulgated the universal regulation, universal environment
of u rban public spaces has been g reatly improved. However, inter ior u niversal
problems still exist. This paper analyzes the universal design issues on vertical access
to underground spaces with the case study of Springs Plaza in Jinan, points out the
existing problems and their related reasons, and proposes the constructive solutions
for underground garage, sinking square and waterfront plaza. |
