| 在归纳总结山地城市特点的基础上，本文提出了山地城市规划空间管制的规划重点，综合用地生态敏感性评价、建设适宜性性评价和禁限建要素等分析了如何对规划区空间管制用地进行有效组织、进而制定空间管制用地分区和管制导引，并依托ArcGIS9.3的空间数据分析和可视化功能提出了一种可操作性较强的山地城市空间管制研究方法，以重庆市长寿区城乡总体规划空间管制规划为例，探讨了此方法的实际应用过程及结果。 |

| Abstract: |
| According to the characteristics of moun-tain cities, this article puts forward the emphases of space control in urban planning area. Based on the land evaluation of ecological sensitivity, construc-tion suitability and the elements of ban-construction and restrict-construction, it analyzes how to effec-tively organize the land of the urban planning area, and presents a kind of operable research method for urban space control in mountain city by the data analysis of space and visual function affording by ArcGIS9.3 software. Meanwhile, combined with the case of the Changshou master planning ,which the author participsated in, it specifically displays the applied processes and results of the method. |
