In this paper, the problems existing in the space planning of small towns in the coastal?zone?were?analyzed?comprehensively,?including?a?lack?of?scientifi ?city,?lack?of?cohesion?in marine space use planning, management confusion, etc. Then it puts forward relevant strategies in?terms?of?optimizing?land?use?classifi ?cation?and?spatial?planning?of?small?towns.
