    Abstract:

    “Station-City Synergy” with the center of the rail transit station intensive development area of the city center, has gradually become the important structure characteristics of the high-speed development of domestic cities. This paper considers a regional effect of intensive development through “station integration ability”, and mainly investigates through rail-transit complex that is directly connected with the rail station. In this paper,?the?core?concept?of?“space?performance”?is?suggested,?its?focuses?of?“space?efficiency”? and “space quality” are studied empirically. The study adopts the method of case analysis and field?investigation?combined?with?data?collected?through?field?experiment?comparison,?so?as?to sum?up?the?performance?characteristics?of?the?station?integration?effect?and?influence?factors of Station-City Synergy development for more cities and areas to provide the theory references and development basis.
