    Abstract:

    The?Spatial-Temporal?Big?Data,?represented?by?Space-Air-Ground?integrated, combined?with?GIS,?remote?sensing,?tilt?photography,?BIM,?the?Internet?and?other?technologies, is an important driving force for the development of highway information. This paper describes the?technical?framework?of?spatial-temporal?big?data,?which?is?composed?of?geographical modeling,?geographical?design,?geographical?monitoring?and?geographical?control.?The?key technologies,?such?as?geographic?information,?BIM?and?tilt?photography?are?proposed?in?it. It introduces the experience and thinking of the practical application of BIM-based highway information technology in design and construction of the Puqian Crossing Bridge. Advantages of applying BIM and GIS technology to bridge design and construction in China are revealed. It lays the foundation for further development of advanced technology and application of highway information by combining advanced technologies such as remote sensing and oblique photography
