    Abstract:

    Based on the investigation of Time-Honored Brand Enterprise in Shenyang catering industry, it analyzed and summarized the existing environment problems and explored how to effectively reuse and protect historical and cultural heritage of nonphysical forms in Time-Honored Brand Enterprise in our country at the landscape level. It emphasized on how to excavate non-physical culture attributes of Time-Honored Brand and elaborated various ways to convert culture elements in Time-Honored Brand to landscape physical forms. For this reason, the valuable culture heritage will get better inheritance and development. Meanwhile, it raised related views on awareness and operational level. It is expected that it will provide references for the related fields.
